Artist Makes Glitter Watercolor Paints

Holly Buhler makes handmade watercolor paints. She creates her colors by mixing a watercolor base, mica pigments, glitters, and gold leaf. The mixing process can take up to two hours. She uses palette knives, coasters, and half pans to produce her watercolors.
